I just heard of Liz's death. I worked with her in the hospital for several years 30+ years ago. Every time I saw her (usually in a store or at Relay for Life), she would want to catch up with what I was doing. I have many fond memories of her and her group of nursing friends.
You have my sincere sympathy.

My name is Marsha Moss I am a nurse at SCCH that began working in 1973. Liz was a great mentor to me not only as a nurse but also as a farm wife and mother.
My sons always remember how she encouraged them to vote as we lived in the same township and Liz was there to make them feel important in taking time to vote, along with being interested in what they had done in 4H that summer or school activites.
With fond memories I will remember this special women as I continure in my nursing career and also in my role as farm wife, mother and grandmother. I feel blessed to say I knew her.
